Faulty mains power supply in your Hub 2, Hub 2 Plus, Hub (4G) or ReX 2? With the Ajax 220V PSU you replace only the power supply board and the system runs on the 230 V mains again.
The 220V PSU is the same 110/230 V~ power supply board that Ajax fits as standard in the Hub (4G), Hub 2 (2G and 4G), Hub 2 Plus and ReX 2, supplied separately as a replacement part. You use it in case of a faulty or damaged mains power supply, or if you want to reconnect a device that ran on the 12-24V PSU or 6V PSU to the mains. It is an official Ajax part and not a modification, so certification and warranty are retained.

Installation
How to replace the board
Switch off the device and unplug it from the socket before you open the housing. The 220V PSU takes the place of the existing power supply board. Then close the housing, reconnect the hub or ReX 2 to the mains and check in the Ajax app that the external power supply is reported again. It is a 230 V component: have it replaced by a qualified electrician or your installer.
The board is supplied loose in a zip bag, without a box or quick start guide. Store it in a dry place and hold it by the edges.

Frequently asked questions
When do I need this board?
If the mains power supply of your Hub (4G), Hub 2, Hub 2 Plus or ReX 2 is faulty, or if you want to switch a device that ran on a low-voltage board back to the 230 V mains. It is the standard board that is fitted in the device from the factory.
Does it also fit in the Hub (2G), ReX or Hub Plus?
No. For the Hub (2G) and ReX there is the 220V PSU for Hub/ReX; the Hub Plus has its own 220V PSU.
Does the backup battery keep working?
Yes. The board powers the device and charges the built-in battery, which takes over during a power failure as you are used to.
May I replace this myself?
This is a 230 V component. Have it replaced by a qualified electrician or your installer, with the device disconnected from the mains.
Are instructions included?
No, the board is supplied loose in a zip bag. The Ajax overview with compatibility per device is available under the downloads.
