Smart living in the same system as your alarm
The LightSwitch switches and dims your lighting, the Relay, WallSwitch and Socket switch appliances, and everything runs via the same Ajax Hub and app as your security.
This means you do not need a separate gateway or additional subscription. You set up scenarios and schedules in the Ajax app and link them to your security: for example, all lights off when you arm the system, or lights on in the event of an alarm.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need an Ajax Hub?
Yes. The home automation communicates with an Ajax Hub via the Jeweller protocol. If you already have an Ajax alarm, you use that same Hub.
Does this work with my existing Ajax alarm?
Yes. Home automation and security run on the same system and in the same app, so you can link them together in scenarios.
What is the difference between Relay, WallSwitch and Socket?
The Relay is a potential-free switching contact for control, the WallSwitch switches a 230 V appliance behind the wall, and the Socket is a smart plug-in socket.
Horizontal or vertical?
That depends on how your cover plate is positioned on the wall. The technology is identical; only the orientation differs.
