What is Ajax Systems?
Ajax Systems is a complete security platform for homes and business premises. The Ajax hub is the control panel of the system and connects the detectors, sirens, keypads and automation products that are attached to it.
Via the Ajax app you can arm and disarm the alarm, receive notifications, manage users and view camera footage. This way you keep an eye on what is happening in and around your premises, at home and on the move.
Ajax can be used for more than intruder protection. You can expand the system with, among other things, fire detection, water and air detectors, video surveillance, home automation and a fog generator.
Product lines
Ajax Baseline, Superior or Fibra?
Ajax Systems consists of several product lines. Which product line suits you best depends on the premises, the security you require and the way in which the system is installed.
Ajax Baseline
Ajax Baseline is the well-known wireless product line for homes and small to medium-sized business premises. The components communicate wirelessly with the hub and can therefore be installed quickly and neatly. Baseline is suitable for both self-installation and professional installation.
Ajax Superior
Ajax Superior is aimed at professional security installations. The product line is intended for projects with additional requirements for the installation, management and reliability of the security system.
Ajax Fibra
Ajax Fibra is the wired product line from Ajax. The components are connected to a suitable Ajax hub by cable. Fibra is particularly interesting for new builds, renovations and larger installations where cabling is present or can easily be installed.
With a suitable hybrid Ajax hub you can combine wireless Ajax components and wired Fibra devices within one security system.

Footage with an alert
Combine your alarm with Ajax video surveillance
With Ajax video surveillance you bring alarm notifications and camera footage together in the same app. You can watch live and, in the event of an alarm, check straight away what is happening in or around the premises.
The range includes Ajax cameras for indoor and outdoor use. With an Ajax NVR you can store camera footage locally and review it later via the app.
A range of camera accessories and mounting materials is available for a neat and sturdy installation.

Extend your Ajax system further
Ajax Systems offers more than just intrusion detection. With Ajax home automation you can control lighting, gates and other electrical devices.
In the event of an alarm, a fog generator can quickly fill a room with harmless fog, leaving an intruder with hardly any visibility.
With signal boosters you increase the wireless range in larger buildings. Integration modules make it possible to connect existing wired detectors or external security equipment to Ajax.
The range also includes glass break detectors, water and air detectors, power supply modules and various accumulators and batteries.
Installation
Install Ajax yourself or have it installed?
Many wireless Ajax Baseline products are relatively easy to install. However, it is not only the product but above all the correct placement and configuration that determines how well a security system performs.
A professional installer looks at, among other things, the access routes to the premises, the best positions for detectors and cameras, the range between the devices and the correct settings for users and security groups.
With Ajax including installation, we advise on the right configuration and our VEB-certified installers fit the complete system. The installation is configured and tested, so your security works properly from day one.

Ajax Fibra is the wired product line from Ajax Systems. Fibra devices are connected to a suitable Ajax hub by cable and are mainly suited to professional and larger installations.
Can I combine Ajax Baseline and Ajax Fibra?
Yes. With a suitable hybrid Ajax hub you can use wireless Ajax components and wired Fibra components within one system.
Which Ajax Hub do I need?
That depends on the size of the property, the number of devices and users, and the internet connections you need. For a smaller home, a compact hub is often sufficient. For larger installations, choose a hub with more capacity.
Do I always need an Ajax hub?
Yes. The hub is the control panel of the Ajax system. It connects the components, processes alerts and forwards them to the Ajax app and, if required, an alarm receiving centre.
Can I expand Ajax later?
Yes. You can add extra detectors, cameras, sirens, control panels and automation products later. Do check that the chosen products are suitable for your Hub and product line.
Can I connect Ajax to an alarm receiving centre?
Yes. An Ajax system can be connected professionally to an alarm receiving centre. The options depend on the installation and the chosen service.
Can I install Ajax myself?
Many Ajax Baseline products can be mounted yourself. For a full risk analysis, optimal placement and professional configuration, you can choose Ajax including installation.
