At Secures you pay the same today as next month. No discount weeks, no expiring promotions, no countdown clock. The price you see is simply our price.
What do the two prices mean?
Many products show two amounts. The upper one is the manufacturer's retail price: the amount that Ajax Systems, Dahua or another supplier recommends as the selling price. Below it is our fixed low price, and that is the amount you pay.
We leave the retail price displayed because it shows what a product usually costs elsewhere. It is a reference, not a price we have charged before. So no promotion is ending either.
Why we do not run promotions
We have been selling Ajax and Dahua for more than seven years and have worked with the same fixed, low prices throughout. That is a choice, and it has three practical reasons.
You do not buy security in five minutes
Anyone putting a system together compares, calculates and returns a week later. It helps then if the price is still the same.
No pressure, no regrets
You do not have to guess whether you are too late or whether it will be cheaper next month. We do not play that game.
Honest across the board
Our margin does not depend on a handful of featured deals. The entire range is priced below the retail price, including products nobody features.
When a price does change
Our prices follow our purchasing costs. If a manufacturer raises or lowers its prices, or an exchange rate or import duty changes structurally, we adjust. This happens a few times a year.
Such a change is not a promotion and has no end date. From that moment the new price is simply the fixed price again, until our purchasing costs change once more.

Frequently asked questions
Is the price I see now a temporary offer?
No. We do not run temporary promotions. The price you see is our normal price and it stays until our purchase price changes.
What is the crossed-out price?
That is the manufacturer's retail price, so what the supplier recommends as the selling price. It is not a price we have charged before.
Will it be cheaper next week if I wait?
We do not expect so. We do not run discount weeks or seasonal sales, so waiting does not normally save you anything.
Why does almost every product show a retail price and a lower price?
Because we structurally sell below the retail price. That is our way of working, not a campaign. It applies to the entire range, not to a selection.
Do you adjust your prices if a competitor is cheaper?
Submit the product and the supplier to us via Product cheaper elsewhere. We will then see what is possible; we do not guarantee that we will always be the cheapest.
Do I pay more if I want advice or help with installation?
Advice on products and applications is included with your purchase. Installation is a separate service with its own rate, which you will find on the installation page of the relevant system.
