Sometimes a product is out of stock. The delivery time indication is shown on the product page. If we unexpectedly fail to meet a delivery time, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Carriers and delivery
PostNL and DHL deliver from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 21:00, and on Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00. We cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.
You will receive a shipping confirmation from us with track & trace, so that you can follow your parcel.

PostNL receipt code
PostNL delivers our parcels to the door with a receipt code. We send that code by email, so enter your email address correctly. Without the code, PostNL may not and cannot hand over the parcel.
If delivery fails, the parcel goes to a PostNL point and is normally returned after 7 days.
The email address cannot be changed at PostNL afterwards. PostNL does this deliberately, to prevent fraud.
Collection and change of address

You can collect your order from our showroom in Heemskerk. Please contact us first to check whether the goods are in stock. Payment by debit card is possible. De Trompet 1540, 1967 DB Heemskerk. Open Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00.

Did you enter the wrong delivery address by mistake? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
