From standalone power supply to backup
For a single camera, a standalone power supply or PoE via the recorder is often sufficient. If you combine multiple cameras, a power supply cabinet with multiple outputs is clearer and safer than separate adapters. When choosing, pay attention to the voltage (usually 12V DC) and to sufficient current in amperes for all connected devices combined.
A UPS bridges short power interruptions, so that your recorder keeps running and does not drop out in the middle of a recording. If you are unsure what suits your setup, we will calculate it with you.
