Transport, placement and anchoring of your safe

Our aim is to offer our customers the best service, which is why we devote a great deal of attention and care to our products. This is reflected in our logistics process, which we are happy to handle for you from start to finish. Before your order leaves the warehouse, it undergoes a final quality check. This guarantees a proper delivery. Delivering and placing safes often calls for a specialist approach. Below you will find the various delivery options.

Standard delivery (behind the first door)
With standard delivery, your order is delivered behind the first entrance door (without any vertical transport at or near the delivery address). If the entrance door is too narrow for delivery, your order is delivered in front of the door.

The delivery rates are only valid for central deliveries within the Netherlands (excluding the Wadden Islands), Belgium and Luxembourg.

Discreet packaging
You can choose to have the safe delivered in discreet black packaging. This safeguards your customer's privacy and security and avoids drawing unwanted attention when the safe is delivered.

Delivery and placement (anchoring optional)

Delivery and placement on the ground floor or a floor reachable by lift (anchoring optional)

Under the European standard, a burglary-resistant safe weighing less than 1,000 kg must be expertly anchored to the wall or floor. Only then are your valuables truly protected against burglary. Many insurers therefore require safes to be properly anchored. Our professionals ensure that the safe is placed in accordance with the safety requirements on delivery and, if desired, anchored correctly.

Delivery and placement when the floor can only be reached by stairs (please note: always including anchoring)

If your home or business premises does not have a lift, safes up to and including 100 kg can be transported using an innovative stair climber, provided the staircase is at least 80 cm wide.

You can use this service including the stair climber if these minimum conditions are met:

  • The safe has maximum dimensions of 950x700x700 (HxWxD in mm) and
  • The safe weighs a maximum of 100 kg. Safes heavier than 101 kg on request only.
  • The staircase is at least 80 cm wide
  • There is at least 90 cm of clearance at the bottom and top of the stairs
  • The staircase is no steeper than 45 degrees
  • No deep-pile carpet
  • No white-lacquered staircase
  • Up to and including the second floor
Before our delivery professionals expertly anchor the safe, the operation of the safe is of course checked and explained. On departure, the packaging material is tidily cleared away and taken with them.
