Water damage caused by a leaking washing machine, dishwasher or pipe quickly becomes expensive. Ajax tackles this in two steps: the LeaksProtect detects water and reports it immediately, and the WaterStop then shuts off the water supply. A leak is stopped before it causes damage, even when you are not at home.

The LeaksProtect is a wireless water sensor that you place where leaks can occur: under the washing machine, near the central heating boiler, behind the dishwasher or under the sink. If the sensor detects water, you receive a notification in the app straight away and the WaterStop can close the tap.

The WaterStop is a wireless shut-off valve that closes the water supply within 5 seconds as soon as a paired sensor reports a leak. You fit it on the main supply pipe and can also operate it manually via the app.

The LifeQuality measures three climate values: the CO2 level, the temperature and the humidity. You see the current values and the graphs in the Ajax app and receive a notification as soon as the air becomes too stuffy or too dry.

• Genuine CO2 measurement with an NDIR sensor (Senseair Sunrise), not a calculated value that reacts falsely to vapour or perfume
• Temperature and humidity via the Sensirion SHT40 sensor

The standard LifeQuality also measures the CO2 level, which makes it the choice for living, working and learning spaces where you pay attention to fresh air. The LifeQuality Lite omits the CO2 measurement and keeps temperature and humidity. It works down to -30 degrees and lasts up to 5 years on batteries, which makes it a cost-effective choice for a cold store, server room or storage area.

A high CO2 level makes you drowsy and less able to concentrate, and air that is too dry or too humid is unhealthy and can cause mould. Because the LifeQuality measures continuously, you can see exactly when it is time to ventilate or adjust the ventilation. Useful at home, and noticeable in concentration at the office or at school.
