Wireless alarm system
The best-selling wireless alarm system is from Ajax Systems. They have won many awards for their innovative products, which put safety, ease of use and design first. An alarm system is always visible, so it had better look good too. The advantage of this wireless system is that you choose for yourself whether you want certain functions on a subscription basis. Do you not want this? Then the system simply keeps working (unlike other providers), because nothing comes before your safety.
Multiple award-winning alarm system
All components of a wireless alarm system
Let us first state that no wireless alarm system is fully wireless. Some components need a continuous power supply, otherwise the alarm system will not work. Below, we explain for each component what can and cannot work wirelessly (and why).
Central control panel (wired)
We start with the central control panel. All security components are connected to it. The central control panel is the brain of your alarm system, the operations room where everything comes together and is controlled. All incoming information is processed here. Please note: the central control panel runs on mains power, but has an internal battery for when it loses power. This is recharged automatically when power returns.

Arming and disarming the wireless alarm system
You can arm and disarm the Ajax alarm system in several ways. Below is an overview of all the ways.
Wireless remote control
Convenient, wireless, and you arm the system at the press of a button.
Wireless code keypad
There are 3 different options with the Keypads.
- Ajax KeyPad: standard control panel with a code
- Ajax KeyPad Plus: keypad with code or a tag
- Ajax KeyPad TouchScreen: premium control panel with all the functions above, but you can also authorise with your phone.
Panic button
With a panic button you trigger the alarm immediately. We often install this button for seniors who still live independently. Keyholders (such as children or other carers) then receive a notification immediately.
Smartphone
With the smart app from Ajax Systems you can also arm the wireless alarm system.

Wireless alarm system with camera
We often receive questions about wireless cameras in an alarm system, but we are not the biggest advocates of them. An advantage of a wireless WiFi camera is that installation is of course easy and you are more flexible in positioning the camera.
In practice, we often find that PoE security cameras are somewhat more practical. A PoE (Power over Ethernet) camera is powered through the internet cable. Wired internet is always more stable than WiFi. It also saves you the hassle of charging cameras, because the battery is unfortunately not endless.

Wireless magnetic contacts: protect the entrances of your home
A good alarm system cannot do without wireless magnetic contacts. You place magnetic contacts at doors, windows and other entrances of your home. The concept is simple: if the magnets touch each other, the opening is closed. If the magnets are not in contact, the opening is open. When the system is armed, you therefore receive a notification straight away if an unauthorised opening takes place.
We advise using one wireless magnetic contact per opening (door / window).

Wireless motion detectors
The wireless motion detectors are smart devices that detect and report movement of people. There are several wireless motion detectors from Ajax:
- Ajax MotionProtect
This is the standard motion detector, which detects movement up to a distance of 12 metres.
- Ajax MotionProtect Plus
Has the same functions as the MotionProtect, but also has an infrared function.
- Ajax MotionProtect Curtain
Has had its own optical system specially developed, which means twice as much information is received.
- Ajax CombiProtect
Is a combination of a motion detector, but also has glass break detection.
- Ajax MotionCam
The Ajax Motioncam is a motion detector that sends photos of the situation straight to your smartphone.
- Ajax MotionCam Outdoor
Does the same as the regular Ajax MotionCam, but is also suitable for outdoor placement.

Wireless sirens
If there is one thing a burglar wants to avoid, it is being caught. The more attention is drawn to the situation, the sooner the burglar makes off. One of the most effective ways to scare burglars off is to use sound.
The Ajax HomeSiren and StreetSiren range from 85 to 113dB. This is comparable to the maximum human voice volume and a police siren. Choose a siren with your alarm system to drive off burglars immediately once the alarm goes off.

Wireless fire and carbon monoxide detectors
A wireless alarm system not only protects you against burglary, but can also protect you against fire (and even flooding). Some fire and carbon monoxide detectors are wireless and have an internal battery that lasts up to 7 years. Below is an overview of the various wireless detectors:

Is a wireless alarm system possible without a subscription?
Yes, a wireless alarm system is certainly possible without subscription(s). At Secures, subscriptions are optional, but your safety is not. A wireless alarm system that you buy from us will always keep working without a subscription.
We offer two subscription options.
Option 1: alarm receiving centre
An alarm receiving centre offers 24/7 assurance and guarantees swift action in emergencies. When an alarm is raised, a trained team contacts you, the emergency services and other keyholders immediately, so you are never left to deal with it alone.
The alarm receiving centre checks the operation of your system daily and receives tamper and fault notifications. With alarm verification via cameras or other components, help is called out quickly.
Personal contact ensures reliable follow-up. This makes the alarm receiving centre suitable for both private individuals and businesses.
Option 2: secure internet connection
With our M2M SIM card you can be sure that the central control panel always stays connected. If tampering takes place or there is an internet outage (both wired and WiFi), the M2M SIM card takes over the connection. This way you can be sure that your alarm system is always connected and that you are optimally protected.
