Connect up to 18 wired detectors or zones to your Ajax system and manage them together with your wireless Ajax devices in one app.
Do you have an existing wired alarm that still works well? With the MultiTransmitter 3EOL you do not need to discard it. The module connects up to 18 wired zones wirelessly to your Ajax hub via the secure Jeweller protocol, up to 2,000 metres in open space. Perimeter detectors, gas sensors, liquid level sensors, seismic detectors: you connect them to Ajax and manage the combined system in the Ajax app.
You set each zone as NO, NC, EOL, Double or Triple EOL (3EOL), automatically detected by the Ajax PRO app. The built-in power supply (100-240 V) provides 10.5-15 V to the connected detectors, and there is space for a 12V backup battery that keeps the system running for up to 30 hours in the event of a power failure.

How to connect your wired detectors
Connect the wired detectors to the terminals of the MultiTransmitter and select the type for each zone (NO, NC or an EOL variant). The module detects the EOL resistor automatically in the Ajax PRO app. You then add the MultiTransmitter to your Hub with a QR scan, and each zone appears as a separate device in the app, with its own name, type and notifications.
The built-in power supply powers both the module and the connected detectors (10.5-15 V, up to 1 A combined). Place a 12V backup battery (not included) in the housing and the system keeps working for up to 30 hours in the event of a power failure.

Frequently asked questions
What does 3EOL mean?
3EOL stands for Triple End Of Line. In addition to NO, NC and a single EOL resistor, the module also supports Double and Triple EOL, where a zone transmits several states (alarm, tamper, fault) over the same cable. The Ajax PRO app recognises the resistance value automatically.
How many detectors can I connect?
The MultiTransmitter has 18 wired zones. You can fit several detectors per zone; the exact number depends on their power consumption (together up to 1 A on the 10.5-15 V output).
Do I need an Ajax Hub?
Yes. The MultiTransmitter reports its zones in an Ajax system, so you need an Ajax hub. If you want to connect Ajax detectors to a wired panel instead, see the ocBridge Plus.
What is the difference from the Transmitter?
The Transmitter integrates a single wired detector and runs on batteries. The MultiTransmitter handles up to 18 zones, has its own mains power supply with a backup battery and powers the connected detectors. For a complete wired system, the MultiTransmitter is the right choice.
Does everything keep working during a power failure?
Yes, if you place a 12V backup battery (not included) in the enclosure. It keeps the module and the connected detectors running for up to 30 hours.
