Questions about this package
Do I need a subscription?
No. The cameras record on the NVR at your home and you watch along in the free Ajax app. If you also want to store the footage in the cloud, you can do so later with an Ajax cloud subscription.
What is the difference between the NVR and the NVR HAC?
Both have 8 channels and room for one disk. On the NVR HAC you can also connect a monitor via HDMI, so that you can view the footage at home, even without internet.
Can I expand later?
Yes. The NVR has 8 channels and this bundle uses 6 of them. The switch has 8 PoE ports, so you can still add more Ajax cameras.
Which lens is fitted?
The TurretCams have a 2.8 mm lens: a wide view, suitable for a facade, driveway or garden. If you want a different lens, order the cameras separately.
Can I change the bundle?
Only the recorder is your choice. The rest of the composition is fixed: do not leave out or add any parts. If you want something different, order the products separately. If you remove one part from your shopping basket, the bundle discount no longer applies and the whole bundle is removed.
Can I mix white and black?
No, everything in the bundle comes in one colour. The disk and the switch are installed indoors and have no colour option. If you want parts in the other colour, order them separately.
