Ajax OutletCore (basic) type F vertical: standard socket in the Ajax style
The Ajax OutletCore (basic) type F vertical is a standard flush-mounted socket without smart functions. It has the same design and colours as the smart Ajax sockets and switches, so it fits seamlessly alongside them in the same cover frame.
Useful where you want a neat, matching socket but do not need app control. This is the type F version (Schuko with earthing contact (Dutch standard)), in the vertical variant. If you want to switch the same socket smartly and measure consumption, choose the smart Ajax Outlet [type F].
What the OutletCore (basic) offers

The same design and colours as the Ajax LightSwitch and Outlet. Place standard and smart components together in a Frame for a clean, uniform result.
Safe to use
Fitted with an earthing terminal and safety shutters. The shutters keep out dust and water and prevent children from inserting objects into the socket.
No smart functions
This is a standard socket: it cannot be added to the Ajax system and cannot be operated via the app. Mains power only, neatly finished.

Type E or F?
Type F is Schuko with side earthing contacts, the Dutch standard. Type E is the French system with an earth pin. In the Netherlands, choose type F.
