Roller door magnetic contact, adjustable
Robust wired magnetic contact for garage doors, roller doors and industrial gates. The adjustable L-bracket also makes installation straightforward in difficult situations.
Where an ordinary detector falls short, this aluminium magnetic contact protects heavy overhead and roller doors. The floor section is drive-over and bears the weight of a vehicle. With the supplied L-bracket, you set the distance to the magnet on the door precisely.

Pairing with your Ajax system
This is a wired contact with an NC output without resistor. You connect it to the Ajax Transmitter or MultiTransmitter, or to the NC input of a DoorProtect or DoorProtect Plus. This brings open-door detection for your roller door or overhead door into the Ajax app.
The four cores are all the same white colour. Determine in three steps which pair forms the NC loop.
1. Measure
Hold the magnet against the contact and test the cores for continuity with a multimeter.
2. Find the NC pair
The pair with almost 0 ohm is the NC loop. Remove the magnet: that pair should then open.
3. Connect
Connect that pair to your Ajax input. Leave the other two wires unused and insulated.
