StarterKit or Basiskit?
The StarterKit is the compact starter set: a hub with a motion detector, a door contact and a remote control. Enough to secure an apartment or the main entrance of a home. The Basiskit is more extensive, with two motion detectors, two door contacts, a siren and a keypad, so that you cover an entire home with several rooms and entrances in one go.
With or without photo verification?
The Cam variants include a MotionCam motion detector that sends photos with an alarm, so you can see immediately whether something is really wrong. With the standard kits you can add photo verification later, provided your control panel supports it (Hub 2 and higher). If you want that certainty from day one, choose a Cam set.
Standard hub or Hub 2 Plus?
The Plus variants use the Hub 2 Plus, with an extra communication channel (wifi) and the highest capacity. The Hub 2 Plus also has a processor that is 4.5 times more powerful and 8 times as much flash memory as the standard Hub 2, so it keeps running smoothly and keeps receiving updates for years. Useful for a large or complex property where you want maximum redundancy. For an average home, a kit with the standard Hub 2 is more than sufficient.
