Dahua PFW3849S-A180-AS-PV Black 8MP TiOC Bullet 180° dual lens
The Dahua PFW3849S-A180-AS-PV delivers a razor-sharp 180° panoramic image in 8MP quality, with smart deterrence. A red/blue alarm light, a powerful siren of up to 110 dB and two-way audio ensure that unwanted visitors are both seen and spoken to.
What this camera does
This TiOC (Three-in-One) bullet camera combines clear colour images in the dark, active deterrence and smart detection in a sleek black design. Thanks to the dual lens with a 180° horizontal field of view, you miss no detail. The WizSense AI algorithm recognises people and vehicles, so that false alarms caused by, for example, leaves or pets are greatly reduced. With Smart Illumination, the camera automatically switches from invisible infrared to white light for colour images when something happens. Via the DMSS app you can control everything easily: switch on, switch off, talk, listen and watch live.
- 8MP panoramic image: high 4096 × 1860 resolution at 20 fps for smooth, ultra-clear recordings.
- 180° overview without blind spots: 2× 2.8 mm fixed lens for a wide, coherent image.
- WizSense AI based on deep learning: smart detection of people and vehicles for targeted notifications.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate power supply?
No, with PoE, power and video run over the same network cable. Your recorder or switch must then supply PoE. If it does not, the camera can run on a separate 12 V power supply.
Can I record without a recorder?
Yes, a microSD card up to 256 GB fits in the camera. Handy for a single camera. If you want to look back further or view several cameras together, a recorder is the better choice.
Can this camera be mounted outdoors?
Yes. The housing is IP67 and therefore suitable for outdoor use. Mount it with screws and plugs, and route the cable through the supplied cable gland so that no moisture reaches the connection.
Does the camera work with my phone?
Yes, with Dahua's free DMSS app you can watch live, play back recordings and receive notifications. The link to the app is provided.
Which mounting parts do I need?
That depends on the surface. The parts that Dahua lists for this model are shown under "Frequently bought together" on this page. If you are unsure, call or email us and we will help you check.
