Thanks to built-in dewarping, you can convert the circular image into clear views: from a panoramic image to multiple windows at once. The AI functions count people, monitor boundaries and create heat maps for insight into crowd levels. Two-way audio with a speaker and dual microphone makes it possible to address people directly. Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate power supply?
No, with PoE, power and video run over the same network cable. Your recorder or switch must then supply PoE. If it does not, the camera can run on a separate 12 V power supply.
Can I record without a recorder?
Yes, a microSD card up to 256 GB fits in the camera. Handy for a single camera. If you want to look back further or view several cameras together, a recorder is the better choice.
Can this camera be mounted outdoors?
Yes. The housing is IP67 and IK10 and is therefore made for outdoor use. Mount it with screws and plugs, and feed the cable through the supplied cable gland so that no moisture reaches the connection.
Does the camera work with my phone?
Yes, with Dahua's free DMSS app you can watch live, play back recordings and receive notifications. The link to the app is provided.
