As an official Ajax partner, we set up your system so that it works reliably and suits your situation. You install the components yourself; we make sure all the settings are correct, so that you are properly protected straight away.

If you buy your Ajax system from us, we deliver it fully set up and ready for use at your home. You then install the components yourself.
Remotely on your existing system
Do you already have an Ajax system and can't work it out? Then we configure it remotely, so that everything works the way you want.
From order to working system
1. Order the service
After your order, you will receive a link to a document with clear instructions.
2. Submit your requirements
You describe the components (name, location and function) and choose, for each detector, the night mode, the response time and, if required, an entry/exit delay.
3. We set everything up
We configure your system completely: zones, siren settings, the link to your account and extra users.
4. You manage it yourself
Your system works straight away and afterwards you manage it entirely via the Ajax app.

Night mode per zone
Choose which detectors are active at night, so that you are safe at home with the alarm partly armed.
Response and delay
Per detector: respond immediately or use an entry/exit delay, so you can enter and leave the property calmly.
Siren tailored to you
We set how long the siren sounds and whether an entry/exit tone is audible.
Account and users
We link the system to your account and add extra users if required.
After the configuration, everything is yours
Once your system has been set up, you manage it entirely yourself. After that, we no longer have access to your alarm system. If you need help later, you invite us as an installer via the app; we then receive temporary access to assist you, and you can withdraw that access just as easily.
