M&C adjustable fitting SKG***, the strongest combination with an M&C cylinder
If you have an M&C cylinder with SKG***, M&C recommends a fitting without core pull protection: according to M&C, this is the strongest combination. With a fitting with core pull protection, material is removed from the security plate, and that weakens the plate. An SKG*** cylinder is already protected against core pulling itself.
Fits the existing holes, stronger than standard door furniture
The screw studs of the M&C door furniture are adjustable and fit the existing screw holes. This allows you to replace most common door furniture without drilling extra holes in the door. The outer furniture is fixed to the outer plate with 9 screws instead of the usual 3, and the lever and knob are made of solid metal.
The fitting is SKG*** approved and available as lever/lever in nickel F9 and black.

Scope of delivery
Lever/lever: outer plate, inner plate, 2 levers, 2 lever pins, 2 mounting rings, a set of short and a set of long hex bolts with domed head, one short and one long hex bolt with countersunk head, and 3 and 4 mm hex keys.
Knob/lever: outer plate, inner plate, knob (handle), lever, 2 change pins, 2 large mounting rings, a small handle ring, the same sets of hex bolts and 3 and 4 mm hex keys.
The short bolts are for doors up to 48 mm thick, the long ones for doors from 49 to 55 mm.
Frequently asked questions about the M&C adjustable fitting
Do I need to drill new holes in the door?
Usually not. The screw studs are adjustable from 200 to 215 mm and therefore fit the existing screw holes of most common door furniture.
Will it fit my door?
The door furniture fits doors from 38 to 55 mm thick, with a PC size of 55 or 72 mm. The PC size is the distance between the centre of the lever and the centre of the cylinder.
Which cylinder goes with it?
Any euro profile cylinder. For the best protection, M&C recommends using the door furniture in combination with an M&C cylinder; you can put one together to size in our M&C configurator.
Why no core pull protection?
With an SKG*** cylinder this is not necessary according to M&C, and it is even weaker: for the core pull protection, material is removed from the security plate. If you have a cylinder without an SKG mark or with fewer than three stars, choose the fitting with core pull protection.
What does “incl. krukveer” mean for the black 55 mm?
M&C supplies this version with a lever spring, which pushes the lever back into the rest position after use.
