Questions
Frequently asked questions
Is there a white version?
Yes, the VTH5421HW. Otherwise it is identical to this one.
What do I use the alarm inputs for?
For wired contacts such as a door or window contact, a motion detector or a panic button.
Do I need PoE?
This is the simplest method: one network cable for power and connection.
Does the app also work when I am not at home?
Yes, provided the station is connected to the internet. You then receive a notification when someone rings the bell, you can see who is at the door and you can open it remotely.
