Complete surface-mount intercom over two wires
The same set as the flush-mount version, but with a surface-mount box: the door station goes on the wall instead of in it. Everything is included, from the controller to the power supply.
Surface mounting is the practical choice if chiselling or chasing is not an option, for example with a brick facade or a rented property.
What is in the box
Dahua states this composition:
- VTO2003F: the door station with camera, aluminium front and automatic infrared
- VTH5123H-W: the indoor station, 7-inch touchscreen with Wi-Fi
- VTNC1003C: the 2-wire controller that powers and connects the whole system
- VTM115: the surface-mount box for the door station
- Power supply and mains lead: included
What you can count on
- Message when absent: image and sound, provided there is an SD card in the indoor station
- Connecting a camera: the indoor station can display an HDCVI camera
- Six alarm inputs: on the indoor station
- Two locks: a local lock and a second
- Name plate: included with the door station
What to look out for
This is the surface-mount version. If you want the door station flush in the wall, choose the flush-mount version with the VTM114 box.
To record images and leave messages, an SD card is required in the indoor station; this is not included.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference from the (F) version?
Only the mounting box. The (S) is for surface mounting on the wall, the (F) for flush mounting in the wall. The rest of the kit is identical.
Do I still need a switch or power supply?
No, the 2-wire controller and the power supply are included in the set.
Can I use my existing bell wiring?
In most cases yes, two cores are sufficient. If you are unsure, let us know the cable length and type.
Can I expand with an extra screen?
Yes. Let us know how many indoor stations you want and we will check whether the controller can support them.
