Intercom set that works over wifi
A set with a door station and a 7-inch indoor monitor that communicate with each other and with your phone over wifi. Intended for situations where no data cable can be run to the front door.
The door station has a 2 megapixel camera with a 125 degree field of view, with WDR for strong backlight and automatic infrared for the dark.
What is in the box
The set consists of the following components:
- VTO2211G-WP-S2: the door station with camera, call button and wifi
- VTH5221DW-S2: the indoor station with a 7-inch screen
What you can count on
- Wifi on both sides: no data cable needed between the front door and the screen
- Control via the app: ring, watch and open the door on your phone
- Wide angle: 125 degrees horizontally, so you can also see who is standing next to the door
- WDR: keeps the image usable with the sun behind the visitor
What to look out for
Wifi replaces the data cable, not the power supply. Power still has to be available at the front door, and the range of your network must reach that far. An exterior wall of reinforced concrete absorbs a lot of signal.
No mounting box or rain cover is included. If the unit is mounted unsheltered, take this into account.

Frequently asked questions
Do I really not need a cable?
Not for data, but for power, yes. Both units must be powered. If a cable to the doorbell is already in place, that is usually sufficient.
How far does the wifi reach towards the front door?
That depends on your walls. A wooden or brick facade is usually not a problem, reinforced concrete is. If you are unsure, a wired setup is more reliable.
Can I add a second screen?
Yes, the set can be expanded. Let us know how many screens you want, and we will find the matching indoor unit.
Is a rain cover included?
No. If the door station is mounted without a canopy or overhang above it, add a rain cover.
