Metal Tag: contactless operation with a metal look
A contactless key fob in a metal finish, which looks a little more luxurious on your key ring. You use it to operate your Ajax system contactlessly, without entering a code or opening the app.
The Metal Tag is not an Ajax product, but it works with the same secure DESFire protocol as the Ajax Tag and Pass. You use it on the keypads with a contactless reader: the KeyPad Plus, the KeyPad TouchScreen and the KeyPad Outdoor. The Metal Tag does not work on the standard KeyPad, because it has no reader.
Why the Metal Tag
Metal look

Same secure protocol
Works with the same DESFire technology as the Ajax Tag and Pass: encrypted and copy-protected.
Contactless operation
Hold it up and your system arms or disarms, without a code or app.
