AirShield Button: call for help with one press
The AirShield Button is a compact wireless panic button for your AirShield alarm system. With one press of the button you raise the alarm immediately. Built-in protection prevents the button from being triggered by accident. The hub forwards the alert to your phone straight away and, if you have set this up, to an alarm receiving centre.
You set what the button is used for: burglary, fire, a gas leak or a medical emergency. With an IP54 housing and two-way communication on 868 MHz, the AirShield Button is reliable indoors and in a sheltered outdoor area.
Why the AirShield Button
Alarm with one press
With one press of the button you raise the alarm immediately. Built-in protection prevents the button from being triggered by accident.
Certain that the signal arrives
Thanks to two-way RF communication, the hub confirms receipt. A multicolour LED shows the status at once.
For multiple emergencies
Configure the button for burglary, fire, gas leak or medical assistance. This way everyone at home or at the business has the right help close at hand.
Fixed or portable
Screw the button to the wall in a fixed place, or carry it with you. The IP54 housing made of PC + ABS can withstand daily use.

Remote control or panic button?
If you want to arm and disarm your alarm every day, choose the Keyfob. If you simply need an emergency button to raise the alarm, the Button or DoubleButton is the right choice.
| Control | Type | Arm/disarm | Raise the alarm | Buttons | Range |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Keyfob | Hand transmitter | Yes (Home / Away / Off) | Yes, a separate SOS button | 4 | Up to 900 m |
| Button | Panic button | No | Yes, with 1 press | 1 | Up to 1,200 m |
| DoubleButton | Panic button | No | Yes, 2 buttons against false alarms | 2 | Up to 1,200 m |
All three work wirelessly on 868 MHz with two-way communication and AES128 encryption, and pair with the same AirShield hub.
Control and expansion
Everything in the Dahua DMSS app
In addition to physical operation, you can arm and disarm your AirShield system in the free DMSS app, manage users and receive push notifications in the event of an alarm. No subscription required, on iPhone and Android.
No AirShield system yet?
This control works with the wireless AirShield hub from Dahua. Put your system together room by room with the configurator, or have everything installed by our VEB-approved installers.
Frequently asked questions
What happens when I press the button?
The hub immediately sends an alarm to your phone and, if configured, to the alarm receiving centre. Built-in protection prevents the button from being triggered by accident.
Can I use the button outdoors?
The IP54 housing is resistant to dust and splashing water, so the button can be taken to a sheltered outdoor space. It is not intended for locations fully exposed to the weather.
Does the panic button work without internet?
Yes. The button communicates directly with the hub on 868 MHz. Only the notification to your phone goes through the hub's network.
What is the difference from the keyfob?
The AirShield Button is purely an emergency button and does not arm or disarm the alarm. If you also want to arm and disarm, take a look at the AirShield Keyfob.
