Angled 30 degree surface-mount box for the VTM05R
A wedge that fits behind the VTM05R rain cover and turns the outdoor station by 30 degrees. This way the camera looks along the walking route instead of along the façade.
If the unit is on a side wall or next to a door set in a recess, the visitor often ends up just outside the picture. This housing turns the whole unit the right way, without you having to drill at an angle.
The box can be mounted facing left or right, so you decide which way it turns.

Frequently asked questions
Why an angled box?
Because a camera that looks parallel to the wall misses the visitor. Thirty degrees is enough to bring someone standing at the door fully into view.
Can I choose the direction?
Yes. The same housing can be turned both left and right; you decide when mounting which way the unit turns.
Is the rain cover included?
No. The VTM05R and the door station are ordered separately.
Is 45 degrees also possible?
For the VTO2311R-WP there is a 45-degree version. For this housing for the VTM05R, the angle is 30 degrees.
