Dahua PDW3849-A180-AS-PV 8MP TiOC Eyeball 180° duallens
The Dahua PDW3849-A180-AS-PV delivers a razor-sharp 8MP panoramic image over 180° with active deterrence and smart AI. Thanks to the TiOC concept (full-colour image, red/blue alarm light and siren), you switch directly from discreet surveillance to visible security that actually prevents incidents instead of merely recording them. With 2-way audio, WizSense AI and Smart Illumination, you stay in control, day and night, at an excellent price.
What this camera does
With 4096 × 1860 pixels at 20 fps, you get a clear 4K panorama, suitable for facades, driveways, car parks or warehouses. Smart Illumination switches automatically between infrared and warm white light: unobtrusive when idle, colour image when there is activity. The red/blue flashing lights and powerful siren of up to 110 dB act as a deterrent; you can also set your own sound clips. Thanks to PoE, H.265+ and IP67, the camera is energy-efficient, easy to install and resistant to wind and weather.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate power supply?
No, with PoE, power and video run over the same network cable. Your recorder or switch must then supply PoE. If it does not, the camera can run on a separate 12 V power supply.
Can I record without a recorder?
Yes, a microSD card up to 256 GB fits in the camera. Handy for a single camera. If you want to look back further or view several cameras together, a recorder is the better choice.
Can this camera be mounted outdoors?
Yes. The housing is IP67 and therefore suitable for outdoor use. Mount it with screws and plugs, and route the cable through the supplied cable gland so that no moisture reaches the connection.
Does the camera work with my phone?
Yes, with Dahua's free DMSS app you can watch live, play back recordings and receive notifications. The link to the app is provided.
Which mounting parts do I need?
That depends on the surface. The parts that Dahua lists for this model are shown under "Frequently bought together" on this page. If you are unsure, call or email us and we will help you check.
