Attractive fire detector, can be connected to any wired alarm panel.
Detects: 1. Large smoke particles, for example from smouldering fires OR
2. Small smoke particles AND a slight rise in temperature, for example from a rapidly developing blaze.
Does not respond to heat alone.
Suitable for: Fast detection of a wide range of fires. Offers improved immunity to false alarms compared with ionisation or optical detection alone.
Not suitable for: Smoky, dusty or steamy environments, for example kitchens, bars, bathrooms.
