Blank plate to close off a position
A blank module for the VTO4103 series, to neatly close off a position in the housing that you do not use.
What you can count on
- No function, but a finish: the installation looks complete, even when there is space left over
- Can be replaced later: if you are keeping a position free for expansion, you can close it off temporarily with this
- Power supply via the main module: 5 volts, supplied by the adjacent module, so no connection of its own
- Aluminium: black version, IK07 and IP65
What to look out for
This module belongs to the VTO4103 series, which works on 2-wire hybrid. For the VTO4202 series there is a separate version with the same function. Check first which main module you have or are choosing.
The IP65 rating only applies once the housing has been sealed with silicone sealant during installation.

Frequently asked questions
Why would I keep space free?
So that you can expand later without replacing the housing. A blank plate is cheaper than building in a larger box afterwards.
Can I also fit an information module there?
Yes, that is the alternative: you then use the position for names or an instruction instead of closing it off.
Does this module need its own power supply?
No. The modules receive 5 volts from the main module via the small cables between them. You only connect the main module.
Is an enclosure included?
No. You choose the housing based on the total number of modules in your setup, and you order it separately. Let us know how many modules you have and we will find the matching one.
