Dahua TPC-BF5601-B13-DC-S2 Thermal camera with a 37 degree field of view
This camera uses a thermal imaging sensor: it detects differences in temperature instead of light. As a result, it works in complete darkness and through smoke or dust. Intended for monitoring sites without light and installations that may become warm, but not too warm.

Frequently asked questions
Can this camera see in the dark?
Yes. Thermal imaging works on temperature differences and needs no light. You can see where something or someone is, but not faces or number plates: for those, install a standard camera alongside it.
What do you use temperature measurement for?
This model is intended for observing and detecting, not for measuring exact temperatures. If you are looking for a camera that raises an alarm at a temperature threshold, choose a model with temperature measurement.
How far can it see?
That depends on the lens and on what you want to see: detecting something is possible over a much greater distance than recognising someone. The datasheet contains a table of distances for people and vehicles for each model. Tell us what you want to monitor and we will work it out with you.
Delivery time?
We do not keep this range in stock. We order it for you from the manufacturer; we will let you know when you place the order when it will arrive.
