ASC3202B access controller for 2 doors (web server)
The ASC3202B is an access controller from Dahua for 2 doors. The controller is the brain of the access system: the card readers and the door locks connect to it, and the controller determines who may open which door, and when. It connects to the network via TCP/IP and can be managed with DSS Pro or SmartPSS Lite. A 2-door controller with a built-in web server and a main and sub mode, suitable for card and fingerprint.

What exactly does an access controller do?
The controller is the brain behind the door. The card readers and door locks connect to it; the controller checks the card or code, decides whether the door may open and operates the lock. It also records who went in and when.
Is a reader included, or do I need to buy one separately?
A reader is not included: you choose it separately and connect it via RS-485 or Wiegand. The ASR card readers in this category are compatible. Tell us about your situation and we will put together the right combination.
How many doors can I connect to this?
This version is for 2 doors. If you need more, you can place several controllers in the network or choose a larger one. Call or email us and we will work it out with you.
How is the controller powered?
On 12 volts or via PoE (power and data over the network cable).
What do I use to manage users and permissions?
This controller has a built-in web server, so you configure it through the browser. For managing cards, people and permissions, you use Dahua's free software: SmartPSS Lite for a small installation, DSS Pro for larger ones.
Where do I mount the controller?
On a DIN rail in a cabinet or surface-mounted, in a locked room inside the protected zone.
