Black Friday falls on Friday 27 November this year. At Secures you pay a fixed low price on alarm systems and cameras all year round, so you do not need to wait for a promotion to get a good deal. Around Black Friday, a few targeted offers are added. You will find them on this page as soon as they are live. In the meantime, you can read here what to look out for, so that you can choose the right product straight away.
Black Friday at Secures
Coming soon as soon as the Black Friday offers are known, we will list them here, with a link to each product. All promotional products will then also be together in our Black Friday category.
Six tips for a wise purchase
1. Start with a hub or kit
Every alarm system is built around a hub. If you have nothing yet, a kit with a hub and the first detectors is the most practical start. You can simply expand later.
2. Stick to one brand
An Ajax detector or siren only works with an Ajax hub, and an AirShield detector only with an AirShield hub. So buy extras from the brand of your hub.
3. Check the hub version
If you want to see photos when an alarm is triggered with an Ajax MotionCam, you need at least a Hub 2. The first Ajax Hub does not support this.
4. Plan your cameras ahead
Choose a recorder with a few more channels than you need now, and do not forget the hard disk: it is not included with an NVR.
5. No subscription needed
You operate Ajax and AirShield with a free app. A SIM card for mobile back-up and an alarm receiving centre are optional.
6. Plan the installation in good time
If you want it installed, request an appointment early. Around the holidays the schedule fills up faster.
