Dahua HFW3849T1-ZAS-PV-PRO Black 8MP TiOC PRO Bullet 2.7-12mm Motorised Zoom Lens
The Dahua HFW3849T1-ZAS-PV-PRO delivers razor-sharp 4K images, active deterrence and smart AI in one compact, robust design. Thanks to Smart Dual Light you see more detail both day and night, while red/blue warning light and a built-in siren immediately deter unwanted visitors. With motorised zoom (2.7-12 mm) you set the viewing angle precisely to your driveway, shop front or car park.
What this camera does
The 8 MP 1/1.8” CMOS sensor delivers smooth 4K recordings with rich colours. Smart Dual Light switches automatically between discreet IR and warm white light when an event occurs, so you capture usable colour detail when it matters. SMD 4.0 and advanced detections (such as intrusion and tripwire) filter out noise and limit false alerts. Active deterrence with red/blue flashing light and a siren works immediately: seeing, warning and preventing in one. Thanks to two built-in microphones and a speaker, you can talk back on the spot via your phone or NVR. With AI SSA the camera adjusts image settings automatically for the best result, from bright sunlight to dark corners. The metal housing (IP67) and PoE+ power make installation simple and durable, with a low total cost of ownership.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate power supply?
No, with PoE, power and video run over the same network cable. Your recorder or switch must then supply PoE. If it does not, the camera can run on a separate 12 V power supply.
Can this camera be mounted outdoors?
Yes. The housing is IP67 and therefore suitable for outdoor use. Mount it with screws and plugs, and route the cable through the supplied cable gland so that no moisture reaches the connection.
Does the camera work with my phone?
Yes, with the free Dahua DMSS app you can watch live, play back recordings and receive notifications. The link to the app is under the Downloads tab.
Which mounting parts do I need?
That depends on the surface. The parts that Dahua lists for this model are shown under "Frequently bought together" on this page. If you are unsure, call or email us and we will help you check.
