The Dahua HFW5449T-ASE-LED combines razor-sharp 4MP resolution with advanced AI. People and vehicles are recognised intelligently, so that you only receive a notification for genuine events. The visible white LED acts as active deterrence and at the same time provides extra light for a rich colour image in the dark. Thanks to PoE and ePoE, installation is quick, flexible and cost-efficient. The exclusive black design suits modern facades and buildings.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate power supply?
No, with PoE, power and video run over the same network cable. Your recorder or switch must then supply PoE. If it does not, the camera can run on a separate 12 V power supply.
Can I record without a recorder?
Yes, a microSD card up to 256 GB fits in the camera. Handy for a single camera. If you want to look back further or view several cameras together, a recorder is the better choice.
Can this camera be mounted outdoors?
Yes. The housing is IP67 and therefore suitable for outdoor use. Mount it with screws and plugs, and route the cable through the supplied cable gland so that no moisture reaches the connection.
Does the camera work with my phone?
Yes, with the free Dahua DMSS app you can watch live, play back recordings and receive notifications. The link to the app is under the Downloads tab.
