What this camera does
This WizSense security camera combines clear images with smart functions that really make a difference. The Smart Dual Light switches automatically between discreet infrared and visible white light up to 30 metres, so you always have usable footage. Thanks to Starlight technology, you also see clear details in low light. The AI recognises people and vehicles and filters out noise such as moving branches or shadows. The result: fewer false notifications, more focus on what matters. With H.265 you save storage and bandwidth, while IP67 and IK10 ensure reliable operation in wind and weather.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate power supply?
No, with PoE, power and video run over the same network cable. Your recorder or switch must then supply PoE. If it does not, the camera can run on a separate 12 V power supply.
Can I record without a recorder?
Yes, a microSD card up to 256 GB fits in the camera. Handy for a single camera. If you want to look back further or view several cameras together, a recorder is the better choice.
Can this camera be mounted outdoors?
Yes. The housing is IP67 and IK10 and is therefore made for outdoor use. Mount it with screws and plugs, and feed the cable through the supplied cable gland so that no moisture reaches the connection.
Does the camera work with my phone?
Yes, with the free Dahua DMSS app you can watch live, play back recordings and receive notifications. The link to the app is under the Downloads tab.
Which mounting parts do I need?
That depends on the surface. The parts that Dahua lists for this model are shown under "Frequently bought together" on this page. If you are unsure, call or email us and we will help you check.
