The new Texecom SmartCom 4G communicator adds new connection options for Premier Elite systems that improve connection reliability.
The SmartCom 4G provides access to the Texecom Cloud and Texecom Connect (V2) services via single path (4G) or dual path (4G plus Ethernet or Wi-Fi) and is always on, always ready and always available.
The SmartCom 4G includes a large number of powerful features:
• SIM with worldwide roaming connects automatically to more than 42 network operators worldwide, providing simplified network selection
• Integrated eSIM chip provides SIM security, as the chip cannot be removed or stolen, so the SmartCom 4G can always remain connected
• Cellular communication provided in cooperation with Telefónica, experts in safety-critical
signalling solutions for the most powerful connectivity
• Simple installation and configuration using Texecom Cloud, which saves you time and money
The main application benefits are:
Single path 4G can be used without additional network infrastructure
• Ideal for new commercial installations where IT networks are not yet operational
• Fully wire-free installations are ideal for remote locations or outbuildings, or where no
