What does the Premier Elite solution consist of?
The Premier Elite alarm system can be equipped with both wireless and wired detection devices. These are detectors that respond to movement in a room, detect smoke, measure carbon monoxide near a stove or geyser, and so on. Depending on the number of detectors required, an ‘Elite 12’ or ‘Elite 24’ alarm system can be used, for a total of 12 and 24 detectors respectively. The alarm system can be operated in various ways: with a PIN code, a remote control or even your smartphone. When one of the detectors triggers, the predefined alarm response is started. This can consist of a visual/audible alarm device in the property, a notification to your Apple or Android smartphone or to a specialised alarm receiving centre. You can also use digital cameras to check and verify alarm notifications. You can view the images from up to four cameras in total through the app on your smartphone.
Wireless technology
The Premier Elite wireless platform uses Ricochet® technology. This is an intelligent 2-way wireless technology in which all detectors and the panel play an active part in communication. Each detector acts as a signal repeater, so greater distances can be bridged reliably. The range and security level are therefore greater than with alternative makes. Thanks to the 2-way communication, energy consumption is also reduced and the battery life of the detectors is longer. A reliable alarm system from Texecom.
Cloud support / apps
You receive alarm notifications through the app on your smartphone, even when you have closed the app itself. This is called push technology. This way you do not miss essential information and can respond quickly to events. Communication takes place over your internet connection.
