10 inch indoor station that wakes up when you walk past
A 10.1 inch screen that switches on automatically as soon as someone stands in front of it. You do not have to touch anything to see what is happening at the door. Works on a network cable with PoE, and can also use wifi.
Linux runs under the hood instead of Android: fewer options for expanding it yourself, but simpler and more stable for those who only want an intercom.
What you can count on
- Wakes up automatically: the screen responds to someone approaching
- IPS screen: stays easy to read from the side, useful in a hallway
- PoE: power and connection over the same network cable
- Wifi also possible: if running a cable to the screen is not practical

Frequently asked questions
What does waking up on approach mean?
The screen detects that someone is standing in front of it and switches on automatically. You do not need to tap it first to see who rang or to view the camera.
Linux or Android, which should I choose?
Linux is simpler and does exactly what the station is intended for. Android can be extended with your own apps. If you only want an intercom, Linux is sufficient.
Do I need PoE?
This is the most convenient option: one network cable for power and connection. Without PoE the station can use wifi, but power must still be supplied to the screen.
Does the app also work when I am not at home?
Yes, provided the station is connected to the internet. You then receive a notification when someone rings the bell, you can see who is at the door and you can open it remotely.
