What this recorder does
The NVR608H-128-XI combines speed, reliability and ease of use. The back-end WizMind technology makes smart functions such as perimeter protection, SMD and face detection easy to deploy. With the four HDMI outputs and two VGA ports, you can easily set up clear video walls or separate monitor configurations. The recorder runs quietly, stably and efficiently, and thanks to H.265/H.264 support you keep storage costs low without compromising on quality. It can be deployed directly in existing IP networks and is compatible with many camera brands via ONVIF.

Frequently asked questions
Does it also work with cameras from another brand?
The recorder supports ONVIF, so cameras from other brands can usually be used with it. The smart functions of Dahua do not always work in that case. Do you want to be sure that your camera is compatible? Please ask us.
Can I watch on my phone?
Yes, with Dahua's free DMSS app you can watch live, play back recordings and receive notifications. The link to the app is provided.
Which cable do I need?
Network cable of at least category 5e, installed as fixed wiring. For outdoor use or underground, choose a cable that is made for that purpose. If you are unsure, call or email us and we will help you decide.
