MC 240 is a universal magnetic contact with an NC function that can be used in both alarm and access control systems to monitor, for example, doors and windows against unauthorised opening. Both the contact and the magnet part are made of an aluminium alloy and formed as a threaded screw, which allows easy installation in wood or plastic. With our extensive range of installation accessories, it is easy to install the contact flush-mounted or surface-mounted on metal and other materials. With the right accessories, the contact can even be fitted into steel doors, security hatches, garage doors, etc. The contact part is sealed with special epoxy, which makes it water-resistant.
