Ajax Systems, the Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of professional security systems, is opening its first factory abroad: in Istanbul, Turkey.
The new 8300m² factory will produce the full range of Ajax devices, doubling current production in Ukraine. Ajax Systems has already started forming a local production team. In the first phase, at least 400 people are expected to be hired. The plan is for the factory to produce at least 150,000 devices per month.
Long before the war, the company already planned to set up new production facilities abroad. It is a logical step in scaling up production.
The opening of a new factory in Istanbul is a strategic step planned by the company and aimed at diversifying production facilities. We chose Turkey on the basis of several factors: the availability of skilled workers, infrastructure, the free economic zone, the tax level, the quality of contractors and the proximity of our main sales markets. The new production will strengthen the development of Ajax and speed up access to new markets.

Ajax Systems has fully resumed existing production and product development in Ukraine. The company is actively recruiting specialists for the factory and is expanding the R&D team. This production facility will remain in Ukraine. In addition, the company has its own logistics centre in Poland and is working on developing local teams in the strategic markets of Spain, Italy, Great Britain, France, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa and other countries.
