How to reorder M&C keys and cylinders
Every M&C set and every M&C master key system comes with a Security Card. M&C only makes additional keys and cylinders for the person who holds that card, and only through an M&C dealer. At Secures you upload a photo of your card, choose what you want to add and see the price straight away. We place the order with M&C using your card.
1. Choose your series
Matrix 2, Matrix 3, Color+, Minos, Condor or Move. The name is on your Security Card and, for most series, also on the key.
2. Upload your Security Card
Take a sharp photo of the side with the number, or upload a scan. Without a photo of the card, M&C will not make anything.
3. Choose keys or cylinders
Extra keys, or cylinders in the size, colour and with the knob you choose. If your key belongs to a master key system, enter the code printed on each key.
4. We order from M&C
M&C makes everything to the code on your card, so that it fits your existing keys and cylinders. After your order we will let you know when it is ready.
How M&C charges for a reorder
Keys
Each key costs the price for a reorder key from the M&C price list for your series. In a master key system, the price for a reorder key in the master key system applies. The configurator shows the price per key for your series.
Cylinders
A cylinder costs its retail price plus, for each side with a key, the reorder price per code. In a master key system, the price for a reorder cylinder in the master key system applies. No new keys are included; you order those separately.
Your Security Card and your privacy
How we handle your photo
Your Security Card can be used to have keys made, so we handle it with care. The photo is not stored in our public media library, only staff who process your order can see it, we send it only to M&C, and it is deleted as soon as your order is completed. We remove location data from the photo when you upload it.
Standard set or master key system
With a standard set, all keys are identical: you only choose how many. In a master key system, each key has a code, such as GHS or HS2, and for a cylinder you specify where it fits in the plan. A master key system is available with the Condor, Matrix 3 and Matrix 2.
Delivery time, returns and warranty
M&C makes the keys and cylinders to your code; after your order we will let you know when they are ready. Because the order is made to measure, a reorder is excluded from the right of withdrawal. M&C cylinders carry a 5-year warranty.

I have lost my Security Card. What now?
Without a card, M&C does not make additional keys. Contact us and we will see what is possible. If you want to replace everything, build a new set in the M&C configurator.
How do I know which M&C series I have?
The name is printed on your Security Card: Matrix**, Matrix***, Color+, Minos, Condor or Move. For most series it is also printed on the key.
Will a reordered cylinder fit my old keys?
Yes, that is what reordering is for: M&C makes the cylinder to the code on your Security Card, so that your existing keys fit it. No new keys are included.
What does an extra M&C key cost?
The price differs per series and is listed in the M&C price list as a reorder key; a master key system has its own price. Choose your series above and you will see the price per key immediately.
Is my key part of a master key system?
If your key has a code such as GHS or HS2, or if your key does not open all doors in the building, it belongs to a master key system. In that case choose Master key system in step 2 and enter that code for each key.
Can I return a reorder?
No. Keys and cylinders made to your code are made to order and are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
