Giving security advice

Secures gives advice on the best security solutions for a building, such as which types of systems and sensors are most suitable for a particular type of building or situation.

Some questions we commonly ask:

• What is the current status?
• Which entrances need to be secured?
• Should an alarm receiving centre be connected to suit your wishes and requirements, or will you handle this yourselves when the alarm goes off?
• Do you meet the insurer's requirements?
• How do you want to operate the security system?

Tip: take a look at our alarm receiving centre page.

Installation of alarm systems

Secures installs and configures alarm systems in a building, including the wiring, sensors, sirens and other security components. This includes drawing up a plan for the optimal placement of the various components and testing the system.

Tip: take a look at the Ajax alarm system.

Maintenance of alarm systems

Secures carries out periodic maintenance and repairs on security systems. Replacing batteries, testing the sensors and updating the system software are part of our maintenance. We also keep up to date with the latest burglary methods. This way we make sure we are always one step ahead of burglars. Prevention is always better than cure, especially when it comes to your safety.

Training users

Secures can train users of the alarm system in the correct use of the system, including arming and disarming the alarm and responding to alarm notifications. Especially for business security, we advise giving several users the authority to monitor the alarm system.

Secures is responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing security systems and alarm systems in buildings.

How do you secure business premises?

There are several measures you can take to secure business premises. First, it is important to ensure good physical security, such as fitting sturdy locks on doors and windows, installing security cameras and setting up an alarm system. It is also important to make staff aware of the importance of safety and to train them to recognise suspicious situations and to act correctly in the event of an incident. It is also advisable to set up access control and to protect sensitive information by means of encryption and other technical measures. Finally, it is important to evaluate the security measures regularly and, where necessary, adjust them to keep safety assured.

About Secures

Secures was founded in 2005 by Peter Meijer. Peter is a security expert through and through. In the early days of the internet, YTEE B.V. started with a cloud service, before the cloud was even a thing. YTEE B.V. is the parent organisation behind Secures, among others. After securing systems and files online, it was time to secure homes and business premises physically. The cloud service is no longer an active service, but supplying and installing security systems is what Secures has really grown on.
