The larger 10 inch model is the VTH5341G-W.

Yes, the VTH5321GB-W. Otherwise it is identical.
What do I gain from Android?
You can install apps on it, for example for your camera system. If you only want the intercom, a Linux version is simpler and cheaper.
Is there also a larger screen?
Yes, the VTH5341G-W has 10 inch with the same Android setup.
Does the app also work when I am not at home?
Yes, provided the station is connected to the internet. You then receive a notification when someone rings the bell, you can see who is at the door and you can open it remotely.
