Wired reliability, set up intelligently
Fibra is the wired communication technology within the Ajax Superior line. The devices communicate with the hub over a cable bus: one cable carries both power and data, and a line runs up to 2.000 metres without additional power or repeaters. The detectors use little power, and the connection is digitally protected against tampering. This makes Fibra suitable for larger buildings and permanent installations where wiring is preferred.
A hybrid alarm system in one installation
The strength of Ajax: wired and wireless operating in the same system.
A Superior hub combines wired Fibra devices with wireless Superior Jeweller devices on a single panel, so you get one hybrid alarm system. This allows you to use existing cabling where it is already in place, and to expand wirelessly where cabling is difficult. An old wired panel can be replaced by Ajax without having to open up the whole building.

Is cable already in place? Then you connect Fibra devices to it.
Wireless expansion
