At Secures you pay a competitive price all year round, without temporary promotions or discount weeks. Did you see the same product elsewhere for less? Let us know, and we will honestly look at what we can do.
Sharp prices, all year round
We structurally sell below the manufacturer’s retail price. This is not a promotion but our way of working, for the entire range. The price you see remains in place until our purchase price changes, so waiting for a discount week gains you nothing with us. You can read exactly how this works in our pricing policy.
We do not promise that we are always the cheapest
There is always a webshop that temporarily offers a product cheaper. Sometimes it concerns a different version, a product that is not intended for the Benelux, a supplier without stock or a price without shipping costs. We do not match those. What we do promise: fast delivery and excellent service.
That is why we review each request separately. If we can do something for you, you will hear from us. If we cannot, you will also hear why.
What you get from us
Original products for the Benelux
No grey imports. You receive products intended for the Dutch and Belgian market, with the manufacturer's warranty and the statutory warranty.
Quickly at your door
Ordered before 17:00, shipped today. We ship insured via PostNL, so that your parcel only reaches you.
Advice and service
Advice on products and applications is included with your purchase. If something does not go well after your purchase, our service desk will help you further.
Submitting your price in three steps
1. Provide the product and price
State the product and paste the link to the supplier, or upload the quotation you received.
2. We compare
We check whether it concerns the same product and the same version, whether the supplier has it in stock and what the price is including VAT and shipping costs.
3. You hear from us
We will let you know as soon as possible what we can do for you, by email or by phone.
Where did you see it for less?
State the product and send a link to the supplier or the quotation. Then we will look at what we can do. We do not promise the lowest price, but we do promise fast delivery and excellent service.
